I applied online and had a first telephone interview for 20-30 minutes where the recruiter checked that I had a relevant background and wanted the role. Second phone interview I had with line manager. Third interview I had onsite. The nature of this interview was quite relaxed and a chance for me to get to know someone from the local team and understand the company culture. Forth interview was a case presentation. They had 4 people watching both onsite and online. The entire process was quite long and perhaps a little bit frustrating. It's bound to happen when you're interviewing with this many people but everyone kept asking the same questions over and over again. The overall experience is still very positive and that is much thanks to the recruiter who is wonderful. The one that handled my process was so hardworking and supportive throughout the process. Whatever they're paying her is probably not enough.

There was a phone screen and then 3 or 4 stages with hiring managers and then a final demonstration of a product to a mock company(aka the leadership team). This was a large investment of time.
