The process started with a call from the recruiter who saw me as a project manager. As I looked before on the website, I said that the client success manager position would be better, according to my aspirations. We did the job interview and the recruiter turned it as if I was applying to the client success position. Then I met the two operationals for a job interview including a 30 minutes presentation on a HR topic. Cornerstone gave me the topic of the presentation two weeks before the interview therefore I had enough time to prepare it. Eventually, the final step was a phone call with one of top manager. The process can be a bit long regarding the number of steps, the background check, etc. especially if you have a long notice period. But all along, the recruitment team is available to answer to every questions.
