It was a 3 Stage interview 1. With HR (3rd Party), a normal self-introduction, and based on your confidence and BG, she will filter you to the second round 2. With HR from Corning, Account Manager & Director of Sales. Since the Director was busy, I had 3rd round with the Director. HR and AM will ask questions based on your resume. They will dig deep, so know your resume well. They will throw a situation or two to see how you'll handle it. 3. The third round with the Director was a complete delight. I loved talking with him. The Interview followed the same process. I self-introduced myself, and he went on to ask Q based on emotional intelligence.
