Manager is nice. Most content is about explaining future work, and it is adjusted when I actual work. They are more care about if you skills set fit the position or not. The offer came very late for about 10 days. I already thought they would not give me this offer.

One in-person interview at a professional conference (where I learned about Corning for the first time), two panel-style virtual interviews (three people each); Interviewers seemed to really like each other and get along well. Corning appears to have a great community of people

It was a long 3 step process. Talked to 2 people who worked in the plant and then the last round was with the hiring manager. Overall the questions were behavioral but the last round had some technical questions.
