Took a month plus to even schedule an interview after initial application. To be expected from such a large company.
Quick video call to learn about the position and then 4 hours of interviews and presentations. Interviewers were extremely nice and enthusiastic. I just wish they at least had staged interviews, so we didn't waste both of our times. 5 plus hours wasted and not even a rejection letter.

They asked questions about your skillset, nothing too hard. Cared more about how you approach a problem and was more like an informal chat.

One in-person interview at a professional conference (where I learned about Corning for the first time), two panel-style virtual interviews (three people each); Interviewers seemed to really like each other and get along well. Corning appears to have a great community of people

It was a long 3 step process. Talked to 2 people who worked in the plant and then the last round was with the hiring manager. Overall the questions were behavioral but the last round had some technical questions.
