I was hired by an interim general manager at the time. I am guessing the need was so immediate they did not want to wait for the incoming general manager to get there to take care of it. I was met at a local McDonald's before work one day and verbally quizzed on accounting language and situations. It was handled in this manner to accomodate my current employment status.
