I had applied this job online. At 8 pm (Can you believe professional organisation mail you at 8 PM and ask you can you please call for quick chat). Following next week I was asked to come face to face interview with "so called recruitment specialist". She was never interested in knowing anything just casually asked 1 or 2 questions and she said that she will come back by end of that week. I didnt get any response. I wrote for follow-up interview mail they never bothered to write it back. If you dont want to hire thats fine. Atleast you should clearly communicate to people whom you had interviewed. ALL REPUTED AND PROFESSIONAL ORGANISATIONS DO THAT. MY 2 FRIENDS HAVE SIMILAR EXPERIENCE.
