I've applied online on one of site with remote positions. The 1st stage was a call with Head of Development that gave me a small test task for max 4 hours. After I've submitted the test and it was approved the 2nd stage was with one of lead engineers. The 3rd call was again with Head of Development to discuss start date, salary range and etc.
