I got a Teams invite several days prior. When I joined the call there were 4 interviewers there, they all were very friendly. They gave me a run down of what I should expect, then they asked me a few standard questions (tell me about yourself, why did you apply here, etc.), then they asked if I had any questions. I did so I asked them and a few of them answered each question. After we had both asked all our questions they told me how the next steps would work and wished me a farewell.

Was told it would be a 45 minute interview and instead was there 10 minutes with the interviewer barely asking any questions. Was told my resume "spoke for itself" and the interview was over quickly. There was no tour of the facilities or speaking to other employees.
