I walked in to follow up on a resume I had sent a week earlier. They assumed I was someone else and were a bit confused, but they eventually realized I was a new hire and sent me into a room to wait for the boss. He came in and explained everything about their hiring procedure and starting wage in chinese. He asked if he needed to clarify in english, but good chinese is a requirement of the job and i had no problem understanding.
