Showed up, was given a paper to fill out (name, contact info, favorite movie/food...), then sat in their waiting room with a few other applicants. After a few minutes I was walked back for a short (very short) 1-on-1. The interviewer was rushing me even though I had a lot of questions. She explained that this was just a first round interview and if they liked me, I'd get called back for an hour long group interview the next day... I drove 30 minutes, as did everyone else, to get here and can't even get 5 minutes to see if this is something I want to continue? Not sure if this is legit or not. Just seems like they need bodies to fill seats over long term career path. I do NOT recommend.
