Only two rounds - a phone screening with Talent Acquisition, then an in-person interview with two Account Supervisors. Both interviews were fairly straightforward, and everyone I met with was both personable and professional. Overall, I had a great experience recruiting at Cossette -- my Talent Acquisition Coordinator was awesome to work with, and there was solid communication throughout the entire process.

Very smooth process, took about 3-4 weeks for 3 rounds. The interviewers were friendly and asked great questions, without making it seem like an interview! I met with a hiring manager (phone), an account director (video), and a VP (video). Each were about 30min long.
