I was contacted by a recruiter who presented my cv to them. Then I did a quick call with HR followed by another interview with the engineering manager. I got a home assignment to do within 7 days. The test is simple but I tried to invest more time on it by adding tests for BE and FE. Create services and so on. I spend 48h full-time working on the project and I answered some verbal questions. I got rejection after 2 days through the recruiter. They don't even take the time to send me a decent email. JUST RESPECT OTHERS EFFORTS AND TIME AND REPLY TO THEM. Whatever the decisions you take, give people a couple of minutes to explain your decision. Your time is not more precious than ours.

The interview was easy but very long indeed. It started with an HR interview, then the take home assignment, then the technical interview (half hour culture talk, half hour technical, one hour live coding). Then the final CTO meeting, non technical but crucial.
