Several phone interviews followed by in person interviews then a sales presentation of a product to fictional company. The interview process is slow and arduous before an offer is presented.

Name a time when you didn't complete a goal and what were the circumstances?
There were two stages to the interview process - initial and follow up interviews. They were interested in experience relevant to the role applied for and the right cultural fit.

Questions revolved around ones experience relevant to the role applied for.
3 Phone interviews followed by an in-person. Felt like a waste of time, all the concerns they raised about me were things they could have seen on my resume and then rejected me for those same issues. Made it hard to justify why it was worth talking to them to begin with.
