The recruiter didn't show up to the first interview, even after I double confirmed. Then rescheduled, then rescheduled again, then didn't show up to the second interview. This was a phone call interview. Wasted my time.

Went through the HR screening call. Recruiter refused to disclose the pay scale for the position, even though they are require to do so upon a reasonable request from the applicant according to the California Labor Code. The call ended soon after, with the recruiter not finishing his questions, and calling me “unqualified”, despite his earlier email stating I was “a great fit”.
