Very bad experience of interview in Couchbase. Some junior folks take interview of Principal engineer, very immature. I solved the problems still got rejected. Through till second round, they ask only problem solving , your experience doesn't matter. I heard they conduct 8-9 rounds , its waste of time, finally they will hire only reference or their own friends.
