Phone interview with a person from the HR dept then and a follow up meeting at one of the retail stores with an area supervisor. The supervisor provided information about the company and asked many questions pertaining to my experience and availability for the job. A second phone call followed this meeting.

They just called me and said your hired. There was no interview really. They ask how many hours you have and where you worked previously. They are not thorough at all about whom they hire. If your a convict you'd probably be hired cause they do absolutely no screening. They also do not do in person interviews. It's shady and you won't even have a job. After they say your hired you never hear back from them anyways. Skip this job all together and find something that's legit and willing to appreciate wanting to work.
