Quick phone interview with a senior developer. Not a lot of technical question there. Onsite interview was very thorough. They are a small company so I had a chance to talk with almost everyone in the technology team and even with one of the co-founder/CEO. There were some technical questions but not too many. I was asked a lot about my experience and some what-if scenario where I had to explain step-by-step my thought process and my approach to solving the problem.
