Received email within a few hours of applying. Took a cognitive and behavioral test before receiving a short non-tech interview over zoom. First interview was roughly 45 minutes in length and asked basic software development questions, no real tech questions asked.

Had a predictive Index cognitive/behavioral test followed by 1 hr interview couple of days later and on another day 2 hour technical / behavioral interview with 2 team members for every 30 minutes. Overall good interview process, very focused and know what they want.
Great recruiter who is transparent all along and makes sure interviewee has all the necessary information needed to be able to do the interview well and provided feedback on the same day after the interview.
