I didnt receive any communication since submitting my application. When I received a call from their HR, she didnt bother asking my background or anything. She was talking like a machine -she just asked me to check my email and reply. The interviewer had very less experience than mine. He was asking all theory questions which they could have asked in a written test. Appearing for 8-15 interviews over phone is exhaustive, and unnecessary if the questions are not personal. Overall needs serious improvement.
