Applied for the position Sr. Database SRE, USA through link din and HR contacted me three days after receiving the application. The interview went well and winded up with HR surely will touch me. I did follow up email with the Senior recruiter but never heard back anything from them even after two weeks. Looks like the process were halt due to some internal processes or they may not have enough budget to hire the right candidate. So personally, I won’t recommend this/any companies which is hesitant to respond to us back to share whether a candidate is shortlisted to proceed further or not. So, I am requesting the recruiting team of COUPA software that please don’t schedule the interview if you guys are not serious to hire the candidate and learn to respect their time.
