Pretty long - 4+ rounds across 5-6 weeks and after a site visit as the final one I at least got through (there were additional next steps), they strung me along and never gave me an update. That’s a lot to be ghosted.

Straightforward and honest. Clear timeline given and responsive. Hiring manager asked good questions and seemed interested in background. Comp was fair and nothing out of the ordinary. In person round was a tad long
