There was a high level of transparency and I always knew next steps. They were very patient and moved at my pace, not theirs, which I appreciated.

The processes consisted of a 1st 45min interview via zoom, which was a conversation with my line manager, followed by a role play exercise a week later and three 1-2-1 conversations.
