The interview was pretty generic and easy. Tell me about your previous hotel experience and customer service issues. Meet and greet with 2 different managers. It was a very what you see is what you get kind of interview.

front desk manager then GM interview. both took place inside the hotel, very informal. Hired the same day I applied. Both interviewers ask the same questions and very nice. If you have customer service experience, getting hired shouldn't be hard.
