Started with a phone interview with their HR Generalist, followed by a culture interview with 2 employees from the customer success and sales department then a final interview with the CEO and Head of product.

In each interview it felt like there was a "good cop" and "bad cop" - one person who sometimes would smile and make you feel at ease, and another person who seemed entirely disinterested and disengaged - it almost seemed intentional in order to intimidate?? It didn't make me feel like the company was well connected or even got along very well? By contrast I find a lot of other companies will put very warm, bubbly people into interviews in order to make a good impression and sell the organisation to the candidate.
I also got no feedback aside from "we still have more interviews" and vague company insight when I asked questions at the end of my 3rd interview. With over 3 hours spent just interviewing alone, it was disappointing to not get an understanding of why I got passed over or what I could do better.
