Submit CV and letter of application through Ambitions Personnel job agency, not directly to Coveris. Then a first interview face-to-face with the Sales Office Manager and a Supervisor. Shortlisted for 2nd Interview which included about an hour 'shadowing' an existing CSR to show what the job was and see if you liked the office environment. Opportunity for questions with the manager/supervisor at the end.
