Recruiter contacted me by phone and we had our phone interview which was quick and easy. I was invited to a second interview which consisted of meeting with 3 different managers one-by-one. They were all friendly, asking about my accounting background/experience. Asked me where I wanted to be in 5 years, what skills I acquired in my past positions that would transfer to this position, how I heard of Covidien and why I want to work there.
