I was curious when my in-person interview information arrived and I was to interview with the head of the body shop for a coordinator job. When I arrived and began the interview I found that they wanted a body shop estimator and not a Client Service Coordinator.

The recruiter completely misled the job function and position. I took a half day off my current position to go and interview. 5 minutes in they begin to go over how the position is 95% outdoors and it’s functions. Unfortunately I had to stop them as it didn’t match anything the recruiter had gone over and they’d wasted my time and the local office’s time. I do want to point out the local Manheim Facility was very understanding and it became apparent this has happened before.
