They made it seem like I was a shoe-in for the role. I had completed 7 different interviews. They then went silent for 3 weeks. Once I finally spoke to the hiring manager, I asked him what hang ups there were with me. He said there weren’t any. A few days later, I received a rejection email from them without anyone giving me an explanation. Weird, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
