Basic phone screen interview. Most important aspect is probably the "tell me about yourself" and leaving a good first impression. Other then that, classic behavioral questions. Don't bore the interviewer.

Interview was fairly easy. 1st round is a phone screening and then 2nd round is a panel interview with the managers you'll be working with. Lots of talk about your past experience, what you can bring to the table, and if you're overall a fit to their family environment.
