I apply online on my college job site. Then I was contacted by Cox College Relations for a phone interview. The company followed up on the next day that I passed the first interview. I went on the second interview the next day. Both interviews lasted for 30 minutes. Lastly, I get the offered within 3 business days after my second interview.
