Fantastic, they had a great recruiter and the staff was excellent. Just one panel interview and a couple of phone screens. Staff was very friendly to make sure I was able to answer the questions properly without being too nervous. They had a great staff at the time and they did not play games in the interview.

Interview was not what I was expecting. I was told to utilize the STAR method but none of the questions were asked in a way to use the method instead were closed yes/no questions.

Initial screening interview was by phone by HR in another state. Interviewer could not answer any questions regarding the position other than what was written in the JD, even though she asked if I had any questions.

The majority of the interview was one behavioral interview question after the other. Rapid fire questions one after the other. There was no questions regarding the context and no follow up on your answers.
