Interviewers did not at all seem interested in my 15+ years of experience. They stuck to the script of the STARS behavioral interview questions which can sometimes leave you stumbling for an answer!

They ask several questions in which you are to reply about a particular situation, what action you took and what the results were... Not knowing what exact questions they are going to ask before hand can be tough in trying to remember and think up a particular occurrence.
