The interview process was over the phone. They ask me many scenerios and wanted to know who i was and why i wanted to work there. They preferred someone who spoke spanish.

Very simplistic and to the point. They asked about my experience and some typical customer scenarios. They also wanted to know how to help struggling co-workers achieve more success in sales.

One phone interview, followed by a one on one interview. Advised it would take two weeks to make a decision, but I never heard back. When I tried to check, I did not get back a response.
