Cox Enterprises required five (5) interviews for a position below Director. The process took over 30 days with interviews at all levels, peer; across the matrix, up to director. I have never been subjected to such a disregard for my time. When the process was 'over', the recruiter (internal) had to be emailed a number of times before a response was given.
