After my application, I was soon contacted for a 15-minute phone screening. I scheduled that for 2pm, and the time slot was until 2:30pm. The person who called was 32 minutes late. I was then scheduled for a video interview. The first interview date I asked to be pushed back two weeks due to a death in the family; the person was more than helpful and scheduled it for 11am two weeks later. The date rolled around....and nobody met me on the video call. I waited 15 minutes, wrote them an email--and never have heard back. In fact, I had the job's webpage up and prepared for the interview for quick reference: later that day I checked and the page was down. In essence it seemed they acted kind by "scheduling" me two weeks after the death in my family, but already had someone chosen and only used my interview as the punctuation before hiring the person and taking down the job page. An INCREDIBLY disgusting move.
