Interview process was easy. Got the job through a temp agency. I met with a staffing agency in person. Later that week, they called me and told me they had an opening at Dickinson Fleet. They arranged an in-person interview with the HR Director and VP of customer service, along with my future manager. Very simple interview, more of a conversation to make sure I had a pulse. I knew not long after beginning the interview I would be getting an offer.
