First, I had a phone screen. After that, they asked me to come in, and I met with three different people after a tour of the office by HR. The first interviewer asked technical questions. The second discussed his department and asked more questions about leadership capabilities. The final interviewer was the department head, and we discussed how the teams were set up, the culture, and the vision of the department. The total time interviewing was about 3 hours.
