Despite being a very small business with a noble purpose to help enterprises reduce their carbon emissions, Cozero is the type of organisation where their HR people believe it is acceptable to conduct interviews with candidates and then send them a completely generic email with copy and paste copy to tell them they were rejected. Unfortunately, quite common practice but still needs to be called out and future candidates should be aware of this.
