Interview was in person and it was easy to qualify for the position. The management can't keep good line cook staff and they really need more than one line cook per shifts in the early morning hours. They weren't bad to interview for but were not a place I would work for long term.

Very professional, offered me a drink. Very sweet staff. Waited 2 min before I was brought to the back. Manager took me into his training room and closed the door. We interviewed.
