I applied for the job and got a call within a week. The manager asked if I could come in to the store during their "dead" period. I walked in, and was greeted by every employee that I saw. During the interview, the manager asked if I wanted anything to drink. Then we sat down and the questions began. The manager was very laid back, I believe because he knew I was a college student and things didn't have to be so formal. He asked basic behavioral questions. The interview lasted about 10minutes, and he hired me on the spot. Told me when to come in for my orientation

Very professional, offered me a drink. Very sweet staff. Waited 2 min before I was brought to the back. Manager took me into his training room and closed the door. We interviewed.
