Daunting, they go over the entire history of the company along with droning on about pretending to treat employees like family. Little do they tell you what you really need to expect, which is no breaks, low pay, and unfair working environments.

After the initial interview and after going thru their learning process behind the companies history, they expect you to memorize and remember key things like ,what is their mission statement, what the companies vision is etc.

They sent me an email confirming a time and day, then told me to come back later because it was "too busy". Came back and waited almost an hour for a 5 minute interview along with another guy for the same position. The manager interviewed me and said the hiring manager wasn't in today. Pretty disorganized.
