As a Recruiter, it’s so important to create a great candidate experience. Unfortunately that is not what I got when applying here. There was poor communication from the start which made me a little skeptical and after doing multiple interviews, I heard no response or follow up at all. I actually had an acquaintance who applied for the same position and they experienced the same exact thing. I’m sure they found a great fit for what they were looking for but I’m hoping they can get some good systems in place to give every candidate a great experience whether hired or not! I hate to see them lose customers in the process, just like myself!!
