It was relaxed, sit down in the restaurant during slow hours. They were looking to hire staff quickly and the interview wasn't too in depth, I got hired with no industry experience. They agreed to hire me on even though I could only work summers, which I was clear about in the interview. It was not very corporate, more informal.

The interview process was really simple. The hiring manager called me and set up a interview. From there i was hired on the spot and had to just wait for some orientation emails to come in before the date of my orientation.
