The woman I met with was wonderful. She was professional, motivated, and made me really want to work there. Unfortunately she left almost immediately after I was hired. The office staff changed quite frequently. Even though individually everyone seemed great, too much turnover on the admin side is never a good sign.

Interview process was good -- did a phone interview, some online assessments based on the type of tutoring I was interested in, and then an in-person interview before I was hired.
