A few emails and phone call with an internal recruiter, then a phone call with a team lead. All went well, until the team lead mentioned that the next step would be an in-person interview, so they can make sure that my gender and age "are agreeable". I reported this to the internal recruiter, but they have failed to respond.

30 min phone interview, all questions are related to resume, especially for previous projects. no coding part. not many behavior questions. overall, good experience even though i don't get the offer.
