I applied online for a full time position. The process took a month. I got a call from HR saying that I am a right person for this role. I had one telephonic round after a week and later on skype interview with the manager. The interview went well and after an interview the manager told me that she is ready to move further with me to work in the team. Later on HR emailed me and told that they are going to hire me, but as a contractor and not for full time. I was comfortable with that also and wanted to move further with the process. HR person told me to wait for the paperwork and vendor will call you for that. Again I waited for a week and suddenly HR called me and told that the position is cancelled and the project got on hold due to some budget issue. I was pissed off by this thing and got frustrated because I already waited so long and was wholly dependent on this job. Its better not to start the interview process with this company. and don't even apply for any positions.
