      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Crash Champions (Dallas, TX) nel mese di set 2025

      Colloquio

I had a phone interview, and a virtual interview. The first interview I had was weird to say the least. The person interviewing me told me that it was not professional for me to be interviewing in my vehicle (I assumed that the initial interview would be over the phone, but instead was a video interview. I work as a field appraiser, so I’m in my car all day long. If that is unprofessional to them, then I suppose it is good they didn’t hire me). There was an issue with our connection, so it switched to a phone interview. During the interview, I could hear her going in an out of cupboards as if she was making lunch, or doing something other than focusing on the interview (as if this was not more unprofessional than me being in a vehicle). Then when I was discussing specific items on my application, she had no idea what I was talking about. It really seemed like she had never read my application. Next, I was advised that I would get an email/message confirming the interview. I messaged multiple times throughout the next week, and I did not hear anything back until 2 days before we had agreed that I would be interviewed-as if I was an after thought, or a last resort candidate. I was almost unable to interview due to not knowing whether or not the interview would even take place (I found this to be the most unprofessional part of the entire interaction with the company. If I could change the past, I would have never interviewed with them for this reason). The second interview was completed virtually. Again, in this interview, I brought up items that were on my application and neither one of the interviewers knew what I was talking about. I brought up pay, and it seemed like I offended the person who answered the question. I have been in the industry for almost 10 years now, and the way that these two interviews went should be embarrassing for the company. They will not hire quality people with these people conducting interviews. Even if I was presented with an offer, I would have declined the position. I could tell by my interactions with their interviewers, this would not be a good place to work. It was definitely a waste of my time.

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

I was asked about my work history.
