Very easy process... handed in my application in person, got an interview within a few days and an offer shortly after.
Walk in group interview, conducted in store. Kinda awkward, there were at least 5 other people in the group. Everyone tried to get a word in and tried to one up each other.

They asked pretty general questions, customer service related and why we were interested in retail
Super quick, easy and chill. The interviewer was a bit late, but once we got started, they were very quick to ask questions. The interview took place on a couch in front of the store.
