I only got to the phone screen portion. The interview was very conversational. The recruiter did not ask me about my work experience which I found weird. Was ghosted after phone screen, which was disappointing since I have years of merchandising experience in home decor and furniture.

3 Rounds of interviews. One with a recruiter and then another with team members including the hiring manager and their boss. First round was via phone and second in person.
